What is the Etcom Alert?
A pop-up which reminds you about your posture AND THEN DISAPPEARS!
How much does it cost?
It is entirely free, and you can distribute it as widely as you wish - please do, we believe it helps.
What can I change on it?
After installing it, you can set it to appear on the left bottom, right bottom or randomly round your screen at intervals from 5 to 60 minutes.
It has a standard message and image, each of which you can change.

Each download is a zipped file that contains a pdf "read me" with installation instructions, the installation program and the program file.
If you are on a network, we urge you to clear the program with the network supervisor before installing it.
