Mannie Babington Smith MCSP
Qualified initially in Innsbruck, Austria, and subsequently by examination in the UK and Germany, Mannie has very wide experience of different ways of treating. A practicing physiotherapist, her aim is to reduce the pain and discomfort that too many people put up with, by showing them how to prevent it. The combination of her desire to help people help themselves and her skills as a physiotherapist led to the development of Etcom.
Mannie Babington Smith is a member of the OCPPP (Organisation of Chartered Physiotherapists in Private Practice), the ACPOHE (Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Occupational Health and Ergonomics) and the Oxford Spine Research Group. She is an Associate Member of the Ergonomics Society.

Hugh Babington Smith MBE BA
Hugh had an Army career to the early 1990s, then worked for four years, becoming Director, with the British Wind Energy Association. This was followed by learning all about running a small and growing business with a successful company in Oxford, before leaving to join Mannie to put Etcom onto a formal footing. Not being a practitioner, he is naturally The Man Who Does.
